Why to modify the n in the Indycomcom or Dcomcom? Since i=m ,in average each privileged member has exactly 1 share, so when n=1 that average is identical to the one of the peers and hence when the peers set n<1 they creates an advantage for the ordinary members in the unit – an advantage proportional to the decreasing of d – as smaller n as bigger advantage.

  • Decreasing the value of n can be used for advancing ordinary owners by the peers. As an example, when the ordinary owners are held by proxies/representatives of some or all of the peers and are privileged members grouped together by holding an ordinary owner.
